User Guide

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the website and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") operated by us. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the Services. In addition to these Terms, the Operator may establish various rules for the use of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). These Individual Regulations, regardless of their names, shall constitute a part of these Terms. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with any Individual Regulations, the provisions of the Individual Regulations shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (User Registration)
User registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies in a manner prescribed by the Operator, and the Operator approves the application. The Operator may refuse registration without obligation to disclose reasons in cases such as the provision of false information during registration, application by someone who has previously violated these Terms, or any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their credentials under any circumstances. Any login using the correct combination of User ID and password will be deemed as use by the registered User. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from third-party use of credentials, unless caused by the Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts: acts that violate laws or public order and morals; acts related to criminal activity; acts that damage or interfere with the functions of the server or network of the Operator or any third party; acts that may interfere with the operation of the Services; unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access; use of the Services for fraudulent or improper purposes; acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties; impersonation of another user; providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to antisocial forces in relation to the Services; or any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The Operator may suspend or interrupt the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice to Users, in cases such as system maintenance or updates, difficulty in service provision due to force majeure events like natural disasters, accidental system or communication failures, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Operator. The Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the User or any third party due to such suspension or interruption.

Article 6 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
The Operator may, without prior notice, restrict the User’s use of all or part of the Services or deregister the User in cases including violation of any provision of these Terms, discovery of false registration information, failure to fulfill payment obligations, no response for a certain period after contact from the Operator, no use of the Services for a certain period after the last access, non-payment for over 60 days past the due date, or any other reason the Operator deems inappropriate. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken under this Article.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)
The Operator makes no express or implied warranties that the Services are free from defects, including those related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. If the agreement between the User and the Operator constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Operator shall not be liable for special damages arising from particular circumstances, including foreseeable or foreseen damages, unless due to gross negligence. Furthermore, the Operator’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the User in the month when the damages occurred. The Operator shall not be liable for any disputes, communications, or transactions between the User and other users or third parties in relation to the Services.

Article 8 (Changes to the Services)
The Operator may change, add, or discontinue the Services with prior notice to Users, and Users agree to such changes.

Article 9 (Service Level)
The Operator will strive to provide the Services in a stable manner but does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, or fully secure. In case of scheduled maintenance, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance.

Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Operator may revise these Terms without obtaining individual consent from Users in cases where the amendment benefits the general interest of Users or is deemed reasonable in light of its necessity and context. In such cases, the Operator shall notify Users of the changes and their effective date in advance through email, service notices, or other appropriate means.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Operator will handle personal information obtained through the Services appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Notices and Communication)
Notices and communications between Users and the Operator shall be made in a manner specified by the Operator. Unless a User updates their contact information using the prescribed method, notifications sent to the currently registered contact shall be deemed received upon dispatch.

Article 13 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not be affiliated with any antisocial forces such as organized crime groups or similar organizations. If it is found that a User is affiliated with such groups, the Operator may terminate the usage agreement immediately without notice.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. In the event of any disputes related to the Services, the court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If the Services are provided internationally, local laws in the respective jurisdictions shall also be observed.
